This Website is operated by Unbound Soul Science Community (“USS”, “we”, “us”, “our”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Website immediately.
2. Nature of Content — Educational Disclaimer
ALL content on this Website — including but not limited to meditation techniques, chakra information, mantra guidance, Ayurvedic knowledge, astral science concepts, karma teachings, and AI chatbot (“Guru Ji”) responses — is provided strictly for educational and informational purposes only.
This content does NOT constitute professional medical, psychological, legal, or religious advice. Users MUST consult qualified professionals (doctors, therapists, certified practitioners, licensed counselors) before applying any knowledge, technique, or practice found on this Website to their personal life.
Users MUST independently verify all information obtained from this Website, including AI chatbot responses, against authoritative and credible sources. The AI chatbot is a knowledge tool, not a guru, doctor, or therapist — its responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies.

3. Subscription & Payment Terms
Premium subscription is available at ₹999/month or ₹8,991/year. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay in Indian Rupees (INR). All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Users can cancel anytime from their dashboard; access continues until the current billing period ends.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided once a subscription period has begun. Refund requests within 7 days of first-time subscription purchase may be considered on a case-by-case basis — contact us at soul@unboundsoulscience.com. No refunds will be issued for partial months or years of subscription.
5. User Conduct
Users must not misuse the AI chatbot (spam, abusive language, illegal queries). Users must not attempt to bypass message limits, hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit any system. Users must not scrape, copy, or redistribute content without written permission. Users must not share account credentials; a maximum of 2 concurrent sessions is allowed per account. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, design, logos, AI responses, and materials on USS are the intellectual property of Unbound Soul Science Community. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written consent. Blog comments and testimonials submitted by users grant USS a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display them on the Website.
7. Account Termination
USS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Users may request account deletion at any time, in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (right to erasure), by contacting our Data Protection Officer or using account settings. Upon termination, access to premium features ceases immediately.
8. Limitation of Liability
USS provides the Website and services “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. USS is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Website, AI chatbot, or any content. Total liability of USS shall be limited to the amount paid by the user in the preceding 3 months.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India. Disputes will first be attempted to resolve through amicable negotiation for 30 days before legal action is pursued.
10. Data Handling
User data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Website, you consent to data processing as described therein.
11. Changes to Terms
USS may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email and/or website banner. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
